What We Do
We provide a full range of Title IX, legal, leadership and consulting services for elementary and secondary schools and institutions of higher education with a specialization in compliance. We partner with school districts and institutions of higher education to assist with personal and professional development, leadership development, campus-specific training, special population training, and policy drafting and review and assistance with Office for Civil Rights and other federal investigations and expert witness.

What sets me apart as an author and what sets my sexual assault prevention programs apart from any program being offered nationwide, is my ability to connect with student-athletes in a way they can understand, the rare perspective, practical experience, and research that I bring from my role as sitting Professor of Criminal Justice who teaches Rape, Trauma Informed Investigations, Domestic Violence, and Victim Advocacy at both the undergraduate and Graduate level, coupled with my role as a Title IX Administrator who oversees the entire Title IX process, conducts Title IX investigations, adjudicates Title IX Complaints, and trains students, student-athletes, coaches, faculty, staff, and administrators.

K-12 TITLE IX COORDINATOR TRAINING
Understand the district’s Title IX obligations, promote gender equity, and practical skills on how to manage policies, procedures, investigations and appeals.
K-12 TITLE IX INVESTIGATOR TRAINING
Learn to build and implement an effective investigation strategy, document civil rights violations, determine remedies and sanctions, safety planning, and management of the stakeholders in investigative process including, parents, staff, school resource officers, and law enforcement.

K-12 TITLE IX POLICY WRITING AND REVIEW
Completion of a basic review of existing policy and recommendations or a revised Title IX Policy that includes all the requirements from the required of all K-12 Institutions by the Office of Civil Rights.

A comprehensive overview of disability laws and guidelines regarding accommodation, exploration of elements required for a well-developed grievance process, and best practices in organizational structure.
K-12 TITLE IX SCHOOL BOARD TRAINING
Trains School Boards on District Title IX responsibilities, requirements, policy, and liability for non-compliance.
K-12 OCR AUDIT REVIEW AND RESPONSE
Pre-audit review to assist with a scheduled audit to identify areas of weakness that can be resolved prior to the Department of Education and development of a response to the the Department of Education questions and requests.
